We have several Talent Acquisition teams in Klarna. All support our hiring practices and use agile practices to solve their scope.

Who you are:
As we continue to expand, our Talent Acquisition Teams is looking to hire experienced Recruiters who will own the recruitment process. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers who we support in a pipeline set-up of recruitment fueling Klarna with great talent.
You’ll play a key role in helping shape the organization's future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant people.
 
Our teams are growing globally so we're looking for recruiters with experience as either generalists or specialists (hiring across competences, or specialized in hiring a specific competence). You will be driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, all while working together with hiring managers and your team to improve the way we do things.
 
You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the Talent Acquisition team; attending daily meetings, running sourcing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc.
 
We expect you to be great at stakeholder management and setting your days up for success. 

Requirements:

  • You have extensive experience in hiring either as a generalist or in specific areas/competences.
  • You are able to source, interview, sell, and close top talent.
  • You have the ability to inspire and motivate people to join Klarna.
  • You are comfortable and can own the relationship with hiring managers, hiring teams, along with advising, influencing and challenging when needed.
  • You have the desire to learn, constantly; only you can set your limits for growth.
  • You have a flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting (from sourcing to making offers).
