The Talent Search Team, one of the driving forces behind Klarna’s growth, is looking to hire additional recruiters for many of our international offices.

We are looking for a Berlin based German speaker to join us as soon as possible.
This team player who is more than capable of working independently will be handling the following challenging and fun tasks:

  • Managing Stakeholders on various levels of seniority in all parts of the organization.
  • Take part in weekly meetings with stakeholders to plan and prioritize upcoming hires.
  • Find new creative ways to find the best talent.
  • Posting job advertisements
  • Matching/Screening suitable candidates to current job openings.
  • Preparing candidates for upcoming interviews/Case studies.
  • Administrative recruitment tasks.
  • Making offers and preparing contracts.

To be successful in the role:

  • You have excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • You have gathered experience in the recruitment industry, ideally from both an in-house role and from a recruitment agency environment.
  • You have experience of end-to-end recruitment. 
  • You feel comfortable handling high volume recruitment.
  • You are self-driven and result oriented.
  • You are a good judge of character.
  • You are known for your positive and flexible nature.
  • You are good at structuring and prioritising your work.
  • You have great communication and networking skills.
  • You’re comfortable owning the relationship with hiring managers.
  • You care deeply about providing a fantastic candidate experience for everyone.
