Senior Product Operations Manager (f/m/x)

As Senior Product Operations Manager you will help the product team deliver value to more users faster. You will be responsible for strengthening customer feedback loops, streamlining product life-cycle processes, and scaling product knowledge across the organization. Reporting directly into our VP Product, you will be the go-to person for product management processes and tools and work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to continuously optimize efficiency and contribute to the success of Comtravo.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You create a structure for your team by refining, optimizing, documenting and communicating cross-team processes, standards, and performance metrics.
  • You define and own the tool-based approach to running product development processes efficiently.
  • You develop an in-depth understanding of the priorities of the product teams you support and monitor product development performance, surface insights and opportunities.
  • You maintain templates, guidelines, references, and resources for product development.
  • You liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide transparency and streamline critical and routine tasks and processes in product development.
  • You develop a continuing education program and support the onboarding of new product development team members.
  • You facilitate a productive working model and agile development process for the whole product development organization.
  • You are prepared to directly manage large projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • You foster a culture of transparency and communication and challenge others while letting them challenge you to deliver the best results possible.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have 4+ years of working experience in product operations, product management, management consulting, program management or other operational roles that worked closely with software product and engineering teams.
  • You have a proven track record in successfully managing cross-functional projects, and working with 3rd parties to drive execution.
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You love working with data to identify trends, generate insights and solve problems.
  • You have experience working in an Agile product development process and with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) or similar tools.
  • You love working with and thrive in the presence of people with diverse backgrounds, talents, and mindsets.
  • You are a great communicator, you have excellent written and verbal skills in English; German would be a big plus.
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter who is able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You are excited about changing the world of business travel - work experience in travel is a plus, passion for travel is a must.
