Deine Rolle

We are looking for a driven, experienced Product Designer who is excited about our mission and wants to help us build a user-friendly application that makes construction feel easy.
In this particular role you have the chance to be our first mobile focused Designer to work on our Native Apps & be part of a team of 4 Product Designers that are passionate about solving customer problems in an effective and delightful way. We combine empathy, our craft, and creativity to create valuable, usable, and delightful product experiences.

These challenges are waiting for you:
 
  • Drive the iterative design process of product features focused on native apps from end-to-end, incl. user research, design thinking, ideation, sketching, low- & high fidelity prototyping, user testing, and final UI/visual design 
  • Refine UX concepts into pixel-perfect user interface designs and components, with an eye towards modularity and flexibility that are in line with our overall design system and brand strategy
  • You work closely with product managers and developers to deliver an outstanding user-experience
  • You research and observe the impact of your work in the real world, and use that input to constantly improve our products 
  • You bring your work to UX team critiques and walk us through your design rationale; give constructive feedback to strengthen your peers’ quality of work

Das bringst du mit

  • Strong experience working along iterative design processes in a fast-paced environment 
  • You enjoy collaborating and working in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working on native apps (including great knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines for iOS and Material Design for Android)
  • Expert understanding of Figma, or similar design tools (Sketch/Zeplin, etc.)
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing both conceptual interaction design work as well as a clear understanding of typography, simplicity and visual design
