Our offices are spread over 17 different markets, hosted by 5000+ employees from 100+ nationalities.
In a world full of typos, bad translations, and horrible puns, the need for true language masters was never greater. For all passionate copywriters, now is the time to rise to the challenge!
Do you have a talent for spotting syntax errors from a mile away? Do you have a vast knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, or Danish language but remain eager to learn? Do you also believe in the power of words and sound localization?
Then this role is the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll be working on
As a French, Italian, Spanish, Norwegian, or Danish copywriter within the Translation & Localization team, you’ll have a variety of tasks.
You‘ll be translating, localizing, and transcreating copy and content across many channels: think CRM, performance, web, and more—it won’t ever get boring.
Beyond translation and localization, you’ll need to write copy and content in your local language from scratch for some projects.
You’ll be the tonality lead for Klarna in your language. That means that you’re responsible for maintaining and improving the tone of voice, glossaries, and general consistency of the use of your language at Klarna.
You’ll make decisions on wordings for campaigns, feature descriptions, and more. All your decisions will, of course, be backed by your knowledge of the language, the market, and everything you’ll learn about Klarna's vision and products.
You’ll also get to review copy and content provided by both internal and external writers.
Placement
Preferably you’ll be working in the regional office of the language you’re representing.
