Deine Rolle

As a designer at Capmo you actively take part in our challenge to transform an analog industry to become digital. You support us in finding new and innovative ways to help the construction industry become more collaborative and successful in their projects.

These challenges await you:
  • Work with an iterative design process when developing product features for our core team (web focus, but can also include work for apps)
  • Create wireframes & designs that are ready for implementation
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering and actively take part in product discovery
  • Research and use data to inform decision making and collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent product experience 
  • Communicate design work inside to the product team

Das bringst du mit

  • Strong experience working along iterative design processes in a fast-paced environment 
  • You enjoy collaborating and working in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team
  • Expert understanding of Figma, or similar design tools (Sketch/Zeplin, etc.)
  • Experience working with Interaction Design & Visual Design, as well as various Research methods - e.g. interviews, usability tests, surveys 
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing both conceptual interaction design work as well as a clear understanding of typography, simplicity and visual design
