Business Operations is a team of highly skilled project and process managers working closely with internal stakeholders to identify, analyse and improve critical processes within the organisation to ensure Solarisbank delivers best-in-class services to Partners and end-customers. 

Your Role

  • You are responsible for driving process optimization & automation projects within Solarisbank.
  • You engage with functions to discover processes, analyze the as-is situation and identify opportunities for process redesign with a focus on automation.
  • You support on realizing process automation by closely collaborating with process engineers who drive technical implementation.
  • You ensure that the success of process optimization & automation projects is clearly measurable by closely monitoring and controlling implemented improvements
  • You ensure consistent, high quality and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Once you have grown into this role, it is up to you to grow the role.

Your Profile

  • You have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in process optimization & automation with a corporate, technology company or financial services company.
  • You have in-depth knowledge about banking, banking processes, digital business models and the fintech industry either through education or experience.
  • You have an analytical and creative mindset and know how to document, analyse and optimise complex processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • You have a good understanding of BPM and BPMN 2.0 methodology and have used BPM software such as Camunda, Signavio or Celonis.
  • You feel comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
  • You are able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • You are fluent in English, verbally and in writing; German is a big plus.
