(Senior) Portfolio and Revenue Growth Manager (f/m/d)


In Offline Sales we make sure that customers can find our iconic products everywhere you can potentially think of – from gyms to traditional retailers and everywhere in between. As we’re moving our Offline Business to the next level we need your support in shaping our portfolio and revenue growth agenda!


Who you will report to: Tim Dorn, Director Business Development and Sales Planning
Berlin (currently with more remote options)

Team: Offline Sales


So, what can you expect to work on?

  • You will co-create and lead our portfolio and revenue growth strategy for our markets in Europe.

  • You will be the key interface on all portfolio and revenue growth management discussions to our online universe.

  • You will act as a co-pilot and as a controller to the operative sales functions on all relevant commercial aspects in the areas of

  1.        Portfolio management
  2.        Innovation management
  3.       Revenue growth management (e.g. pricing)
  • You will develop strategic product management and implement a cross-selling strategy between countries and regions.

  • You will derive distinct portfolio recommendations for all markets and channels we currently work in.

  • You will lead foodspring’s category management initiatives.

  • You will be responsible for creating a category strategy and the according to communication to both, our internal sales teams and our external stakeholders.

  • You will be the interface to the Innovation Team as you’re constantly analyzing the market, upcoming innovation and defining white spots in our portfolio, thus co-creating our innovation agenda.

  • You will also define the portfolio and pricing strategies for all future markets to explore.

  • Your portfolio leadership will include all areas of revenue growth management (e.g. sizing, pricing, …).

  • You will be creating and establishing a new revenue growth management process within foodspring.

  • You will lead and own all initiatives and discussions around revenue growth management within the offline world.


What you offer us:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in leading and developing commercial strategies in the food, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods industries.

  • Minimum of 1,5 years in Key Account or Revenue Growth Management.

  • Preferably in-depth experience of

  1.        Category management
  2.        Revenue growth management (e.g. pricing)
  • The according certifications (such GS1, …) are a definite plus.

  • An extraordinary understanding of the FMCG market.

  • Track-record of success coming from previous experience in large-scale FMCG organizations.

  • Understand pricing, promotion, and margins as they pertain to retail and club segments.

  • Preferably experience in new product launches.

  • A willingness to share, collaborate and work with colleagues in other functions and geographies.

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of how to use data to sell.
