Senior Online Marketing Manager - Digital Bank

We’re looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager to join our Banking Team to create and build our online marketing capabilities to ensure SumUp is the first choice for small businesses looking for a business account.

This role sits within the Merchant Bank Tribe, who are responsible for building, growing & supporting SumUp’s new banking products.  Within the tribe you will join the Product Growth Team, a cross functional team including product marketing, brand design, copywriting, social media and CRM. Together we define strategies to increase the adoption and usage of SumUp’s banking products, and validate these strategies through regular experimentation. What you’ll be doing in this position

• As the first online marketer in SumUp Bank you’ll be responsible for helping to build our team and online marketing skillset for our new products
• You'll identify, test and scale new performance marketing channels through regular experimentation
• You’ll develop, lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (Facebook and Instagram; Google and Bing Search; Youtube, GDN etc.) 
• You will monitor campaigns  to ensure the accounts are pacing well relative to budgets and targets.
• You will collaborate with other online & offline channels to create high impact multi-channel campaigns
• You'll identify and share trends and insights with stakeholders and the entire company. 

Your Profile

• You have 5+ years of experience in performance-based marketing
• You have great attention to detail and are data driven
• You have excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Tableau etc.) and the ability to analyze data from multiple sources
• You have knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube) 
• You have the ability to work across multiple cultures and support local digital needs
• You have excellent oral and written English communication and skills.
