As a key addition to our Global Marketing Team, you will have an opportunity to define and execute NavVis' China marketing strategy. You will work with your Marketing and Sales colleagues and the NavVis Partners/Resellers to boost our brand visibility and to create excitement for our leading products and solutions in the market.

You will work on:

  • Understanding the local laser scanning/Surveying & AEC market
  • Collaborating closely with the Partner/Reseller and the NavVis Sales team to understand business priorities and market needs and use this knowledge to develop and drive the local NavVis marketing plan
  • Formulate & lead China marketing strategy & tactics toward the targeted industries/segments that includes online & below-the-line activities.
  • Reaching out to our Partners/Resellers to develop and implement joint marketing activities, driving campaigns to create NavVis awareness / demand for our partners
  • Enabling partners to ensure their go to market is fit for purpose and ensure consistency of our NavVis messages
  • Coordinating local Partner/Reseller marketing plans with global marketing program team to ensure optimal implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Tracking and evaluating results of Partner/Reseller programs that will drive future marketing decisions
  • Supporting the development of partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives
  • Manage 3rd-party agencies to deliver a successful marketing campaigns.

You have:

  • A Bachelors or master’s degree in Marketing or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing (direct and channel)
  • Knowledge of the Greater China advertising and marketing industry
  • Knowledge of the Greater China laser scanning market/surveying (software or hardware)
  • Proficient with digital and event marketing execution and a keen understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and demand.
  • A good understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of the following software applications: Microsoft Office, CRM tools, webinar tools
  • Native Mandarin language skills and business fluency in English
