The Role

Reporting into the B2C Marketing Manager, you will work on exciting campaigns for Klarna’s consumers, merchants and partners. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to understand both the needs of the end consumer and audience, as well as the nitty-gritty technical details of implementation!   

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive Klarna awareness across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies as required for specific campaign deliverables.
  • Support in localising global brand campaigns and activations to improve market relevance and outcomes.
  • Work closely with Klarna central teams and marketers in other regions to optimise execution, share learnings and ideas.
  • Work with creative/brand studio teams on campaign concepts, messaging and campaign deliverables.
  • Budget tracking, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Create newsletters and content as required.
  • Report on campaign performance in line with KPIs, providing valuable insights and learnings through the use of internal dashboards, advertising measurement tools and the support of our analytics team.
  • Work autonomously to meet campaign milestones and respond proactively to unforeseen challenges.

You Should Have

  • 3-5 years of experience working in marketing ideally in a startup, a larger company with a strong entrepreneurial culture, or a company with a strong brand track record. Think retail, e-commerce, SaaS companies to name a few.
  • Great communication and analytics skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Strong campaign management experience across owned and paid channels.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing on multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously.
  • You are proactive by nature and come up with new thinking that adds value and innovation to the work we do.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to change.
  • You have the ability to prioritise work in order to achieve important goals.
  • Your position is varied. You must be flexible and take ownership of every delivery.
  • You have a cool head about you. You persist in the face of complexity and ambiguity.
  • You have great energy and optimism, and bring the fun!
