Who you are:
This is a first of its kind role for the organization and will be integral to the success of the newly formed Global Brand Media and Social team. This Specialist is responsible for understanding and being a part of current conversations in culture, with the ability to translate that awareness into strategic and creative recommendations for the work we produce as a team. While producing content themselves as our on-the-ground Creator.
What you will do:
This is a new hybrid role that needs an individual who lives and breathes their social feeds, has a strong pulse on what’s happening now but also has the foresight to anticipate trends and shifts. You will drive our internal newsletter that highlights global news, cultural happenings, and rising Internet moments. You will be our go-to for knowledge when it comes to culture - transforming that knowledge into editorial content that brings Klarna into the current zeitgeist.
A content creator in your own right, you will also get in front of the camera to connect with our audience and add a personal touch to our context mix. You will work very closely with our Strategist, Community Manager, and a variety of creatives to conceptualize and bring this content to life. This candidate will sit on the Global Brand and Creative Hub, within the Brand Media and Social team. Reporting into our Head of Global Social.
