Who you are?
You have a strong background in CRM and are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a new team at Klarna, focused on growing our loyalty program. You are self-motivated, willing to roll your sleeves up to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
You have experience driving increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS) and app CRM (Push, In-App Message). Additionally, a successful candidate will have extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, strategizing customer engagement & in-depth knowledge of structured A/B testing.
What you will do?
You will work with the cross-functional team to strategize, plan and execute all CRM campaigns for our Vibe loyalty members. These campaigns are meant to drive action and increase sales through unique offers, exclusive access, and more. You will be responsible for the campaign set-up, targeting, and performance.
