Who you are?

You have a strong background in CRM and are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a new team at Klarna, focused on growing our loyalty program. You are self-motivated, willing to roll your sleeves up to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 

You have experience driving increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS) and app CRM (Push, In-App Message). Additionally, a successful candidate will have extensive knowledge & hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, strategizing customer engagement & in-depth knowledge of structured A/B testing. 

What you will do?

You will work with the cross-functional team to strategize, plan and execute all CRM campaigns for our Vibe loyalty members. These campaigns are meant to drive action and increase sales through unique offers, exclusive access, and more. You will be responsible for the campaign set-up, targeting, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the copywriter, partnership manager, and designer to create marketing materials that clearly articulate the offering while enticing the loyalty member to engage.
  • Manage daily operations for email and app campaigns, including segmentation and audience targeting, testing, and deployment
  • A/B test all aspects of the program to constantly achieve incremental improvements, including segmentation, content, and send schedule.
  • Develop KPIs and establish effective reporting/analysis and dashboards; identify opportunities for ongoing campaign and ROI optimization.
  • Use data-driven insights to understand and meet consumer needs with personalized customer communication and content.
  • Collaborate globally with CRM leads to maintain alignment with the global calendared communication calendar.
  • Manage the relationship with external agencies to produce assets, build emails, and QA all assets.
  • Build and deploy emails, push notifications, and in-app messages.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing; Experience working with email marketing, consumer journeys, and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Retail and app marketing is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools: Braze, SFMC/ExactTarget, Adobe/Marketo, CheetahMail, Dotdigital, Selligent, HubSpot, etc) and CMS (Adobe, WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Expertise in lifecycle data analytics and systems. Plus for experience with Amplitude.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets; familiarity with standard reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Thrive in rapidly evolving environments and love brainstorming new concepts, thinking on your feet.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with strong attention to detail. 
  • Positive, go-getter attitude; passion for storytelling and helping build a growing brand. You are passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
  • You are customer-obsessed, proactive by nature, can move between high strategy and small details, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively, and love the satisfaction of awesome execution.
  • You have experience working on a global team and are flexible to accommodate all team members across different time zones.
  • You are fluent in English, in both verbal and written communication
