About the opportunity
We are seeking a super curious, highly ambitious and analytical thinker to build and develop our direct sourcing channel at N26. Having recently closed our series E round of $900m, we want to invest heavily in hiring the best people, to take us on the road to our IPO. At the heart of our Talent Strategy is our direct sourcing function. For us, sourcing and our team in this area, make up the trifecta of our recruiting approach, alongside Talent Partners and Talent Operations. It is a career and development path in its own right, and not simply a ‘step into recruitment’ - this is a career-defining opportunity for someone to own this space and help be a key part of driving N26 towards our ambitious and aspirational goals.
In this role, you will:
- Build, lead and develop a team of specialists to make direct sourcing a far more impactful muscle in our Talent Acquisition strategy
- Help design and develop talent pools to identify top market talent across all of our business area
- Research new and innovative methods and tools to help develop our searching capabilities, including the latest growth hacking techniques
- Work closely with the wider talent team, including Talent Partners, Coordinators and recruitment operations to make sure we have a joined up and cohesive candidate experience
- Create long term strategic plans, as well as short term tactical initiatives to drive top of funnel activities
- Iterate on process design and planning to help us achieve long term scalable and replicable success
- Use data to underpin every process
What you need to be successful:
Background:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on finding software developers and / or product profiles
- Candidate must have experience in building and leading teams
- You will need to demonstrate a track record of delivering in fast-paced, scaleup environments with high growth targets
- This role requires someone that is naturally curious, constantly looking to create process improvements, investigate new tools and ways to create insight
