Your Mission
- Support and drive execution and tracking of (sub-)projects in M&A and Post-Merger-Integration projects
- Project organization and management, coordination with the international subsidiaries and the central departments
- Manage and assist to prepare financial models to assess financial situation of targets and perform company valuations
- Identify and pitch M&A opportunities to Group senior management, explaining the business model, investment rationale as well as valuation and purchase price considerations
- Conduct industry and company-specific analyses on market developments and business opportunities - Preparation of presentations, e.g. for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board - Preparation of strategic analyses and other shareholder insights
- Maintaining relationships with investment banks and other advisors on the company's M&A strategy
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus in Finance (Bachelor, Master, MBA)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or similar
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial modelling
- Excellent skills in MS Office, experience in project management tools is a plus
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Technology sector
- Strong communication skills in fluent English and German
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
