Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will drive the strategy to support efficient scaling and optimization of the marketing funnel with the use of your strong experience of marketing systems, tools, and processes. You’ll be responsible for developing our marketing tooling strategy, lead lifecycle models,  and maintaining marketing dashboards that report on our leads' lifecycle using analytics on performance to identify improvement opportunities

You will be collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders including program managers, product managers, regional managing directors, analysts, senior leadership and the broader marketing and communications team to build visibility into marketing metrics and reliability in our performance.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Develop and own our marketing measurement strategy across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
  • Drive efforts to integrate 3rd party and internal tools  to improve our marketing technology stack and provide actionable guidance to improve marketing performance
  • Build necessary technical automations to reduce funnel complexities and analysis
  • Partner across marketing and commercial teams to identify and implement process improvements and areas of opportunity 
  • Build standardized, accurate marketing performance measurement and dashboard reporting in collaboration with analytics teams
  • Manage a team of specialists to maintain our core marketing technology maintenance and analytics needs

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

  • A BA or MA in Marketing, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing operations, growth or digital marketing roles with at least 2 years of people management experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of attribution modelling, lead scoring, and automation development to build robust models and forecasting for marketing performance
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and data visualization platforms (Google Studio, Lookr, Tableau). SQL is a plus.
  • The ability and desire to collaborate across multiple teams and are able to manage cross functional projects for building out technical integrations and deployments for business use
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and have a high level of curiosity to understand business needs and develop solutions that are logical, creative and efficient
