Personio is a fast growing HR SaaS start-up based in Munich. It offers a holistic HR and applicant management software designed for companies with 10 to 1000 employees. Personio plays a critical role in making the day-to-day operations of more than 700 HR teams more efficient and transparent. The Role
Personio’s Customer Experience organisation is growing fast. Every month, we welcome at least a dozen new joiners who onboard, support and consult our customers. At the same time, customers’ requirements are growing more diverse and simultaneously expectations towards customer-facing roles are growing while the company is maturing. Not only in terms of being experts in the product, but also knowing about HR-related regulations in various markets, understanding people processes, data and tools and more generally being technically savvy.
As the leader for the CX Academy team, you build and deliver internal onboarding and ongoing training programs for customer-facing functions. By that, you help to quickly ramp new colleagues and ensure an effective ongoing build of expertise and skills that will make teams more productive and successful. Your team’s impact will be pivotal for the long-term healthy growth of CX, but even more important, our customers.
These responsibilities await you in detail:
- You build and lead a team of learning experts who will help our organization scale by reducing time to ramp and empowering our teams to deliver best in class customer experience in fast-paced and diverse environment
- You partner with CX leadership and People Partners to uncover business needs and implement learning solutions that enable the CX organization to reach its maximum potential
- You collaborate closely with Personio’s central Learning & Development function to ensure a holistic learning experience that reflects Personio’s learning principles
- You shape an expandable and remote-ready yet engaging learning and onboarding framework for CX
- You evaluate and decide on a healthy mix of modalities and sources when it comes to creation and facilitation of learning materials and content
- You create a reporting and measurement framework to monitor your team’s effectiveness and impact and inform further investment decisions
What you need to succeed
- You have created and delivered onboarding and technical/product training programs for customer-facing functions at scale in SaaS
- You have expertise in adult learning techniques and technologies
- You have a track record of building and developing teams during a period of hyper growth
- You have successfully managed complex projects or programs with various stakeholders, requirements and expectations
- You have the highest demands on the quality of your work and coach your teams to work alike
- You work highly collaboratively and enjoy finding common ground or better, enlarge the pie
- You work analytically, are strongly data-driven, translate your findings into solutions and operationalize them
- You are creative, open and communicative with very good written and spoken English; German and/or Spanish are a plus
