What you will do

  • The goal of the Productivity Tooling team is to ensure all Klarnauts have access to the productivity tools they need when they need it. Your main responsibility in this role would be to drive the end-to-end procurement of the necessary productivity-based system/solutions. This would include evaluating SaaS tools against each other, maintaining contracts, and negotiating the terms of the contract with the supplier.

You Should have

  • The ability to drive the procurement of systems/solutions from end-to-end.
  • An understanding of what it means to operate in a highly regulated environment. This could include an understanding of common GDPR-related concerns, data security risks, or common concerns with integrating SaaS tools that contain confidential information.
  • Strong attention to details and experience in using structured approaches to problem-solving.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Experience as a SaaS tool administrator - bonus points for any of the following tools: Miro, Docusign, Kahoot!, Adobe, Figma, Sketch, TeamRetro, Slido, Trello & Zoom.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with managing the software license lifecycle.
