Your tasks

  • Lead and execute the strategic scaling of the Warehouse workforce
  • Set up the MYCS Poland employer brand strategy
  • Cooperate with external agencies and organizations
  • Maintain HR employee documentation and support the monthly payroll
  • Evaluate and optimize national and international HR processes and policies
  • Support management stakeholders and other employees in the field of Self Management, labor law, HR policies and processes, remuneration, etc.
  • Lead and participate in national and international HR projects to empower MYCSees in their journey of Self Management
  • Coordinate recruitment processes with stakeholder teams
  • Collaborate closely with the German HR team in Berlin

Your profile

  • You have already gained relevant experience in strategic warehouse recruitment and scaling
  • You like to challenge the status quo and are solution-oriented
  • You are naturally curious and are excited to learn about and contribute to working in a self-managed organization
  • You are empathetic and have great communication skills
  • You love to work in a team, support and inspire each other
  • You are business fluent in Polish and English
