About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing marketing team. You will be responsible for the execution, measurement, and optimization of our marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention of our demand-side business. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, diligent, self-starter that is detail-oriented and has strong project management skills.  

What you’ll do as a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist:
  • Execute on repeatable biotech and biopharma marketing programs across various digital channels to create demand and achieve business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI with each marketing campaign, continually refining and optimizing marketing program efforts based on both quantitative metrics as well as qualitative feedback from sales.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize paid media spend and performance based on the insights. Constantly test various creative options to drive towards the highest engagement and lowest cost per acquisition possible with all campaigns.
  • Manage our content calendar and work with content writers to develop content assets such as emails, blogs, infographics, ebooks, whitepapers, and social media posts.
  • Provide pre-publication review to ensure appropriate style and tone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and creative) to design, develop, and optimize campaign assets.
  • Work with marketing partners to rapidly experiment (growth hacking) new sources of customer acquisition.
  • Stay current on digital and account-based marketing best practices.

About You

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years in growth marketing or demand generation role.
  • Experience with marketing and sales automation systems (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Experience with self-serve digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Solid understanding of SEO and traffic generation.
  • Data-driven and analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communications skills and a team player.
