Senior CRM Manager, Core Team

As a Senior CRM Manager sitting within the Marketing team, you’ll help build and optimise customer journeys and campaigns across our markets and products. You’ll play a key role in addressing the needs of our merchants and ensuring a seamless SumUp experience throughout the lifecycle. 

We’re a diverse group working in the fields of product marketing, online marketing, brand, CRM, content, PR and social media. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp’s brand, attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our products. What you’ll do 

  • Oversee and understand the journeys and behaviour of our customers to leverage engagement with our processes and products
  • Ensure the base is segmented effectively for behavioural-triggered educational, transactional and promotional communications
  • Run A/B tests to understand which communications have a better impact
  • Create and implement data-driven user journeys, campaigns and NBA logic 
  • Create reports, analyse and drive specific recommendations for action
  • Communicate results and learnings across teams and document them on our Confluence page
  • Work closely with Data & BI, Product, Operations, Logistics, Onboarding, Content, Design, Marketing and Salesforce teams.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You are have strong experience working within CRM. 
  • You have a strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push, SMS).
  • You excel at project management, from conceptualisation to driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • You’re passionate about CRM, with a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of CRM systems and multi-channel lifecycle journeys. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and initiatives. 
  • You have great knowledge in HTML and CSS. Experience with SQL is a plus
  • You're fluent in English and have excellent written and oral communication skills
