Lead CRM Campaign Manager - Markets
We're looking for a dynamic and data-driven Lead CRM Campaign Manager to help our team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and end to end CRM strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion around SumUp’s products. Your first objective is to build up an internal CRM Campaign Competence Centre and inspire CRM managers on best practices to enable them to address our merchants digitally via email, push and in-app messaging.
This role sits within our Marketing team and will report to our Head of CRM Marketing. We’re a diverse group working in the fields of Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Brand, CRM, Content, PR and Social Media. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp’s brand, attract new customers and keep existing merchants excited about our products.
