YOUR CHALLENGE:
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of our Analytics team. You will use data to influence our decision making on a tactical and strategic level. Furthermore, you will enhance Blacklane’s capabilities to extract value out of our data. You will have direct and frequent exposure to our C-level and your actions will fundamentally impact our business.
Use data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for all of Blacklane.
- Shape our strategy and future projects by generating insights and actionable recommendations for all of Blacklane.
- Actively drive the development and implementation of a next generation pricing ecosystem for both customers and our suppliers (chauffeur companies), using both internal and external data (competitor benchmarking).
- Visualize data and help stakeholders to become proficient self-reporters so that they can fully use the data at hand.
- Coach and mentor junior team members
ABOUT YOU:

You have extensive professional experience in the field of analytics.

Ideally, you have already developed and executed a holistic pricing project in a dynamic business environment in the past.

You have a strong business acumen and are able to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.

You have experience with visualization tools (Tableau or similar).

Fluency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on big data sets.

Working knowledge of Excel.

Experience in working with Python / R is a plus.

Good statistical skills are a plus.

You are a strong communicator, fluent in English and want to be part of a motivated, open-minded, and friendly team.
