The Enterprise Professional Service Team focuses on managing large projects at strategic enterprise clients, mainly large global automotive OEMs and Tier1s. 
We create 3D Digital Building Twins of our customer's production plants and deliver end-to-end Digital Factory solutions for optimising their planning and operations workflows based on our NavVis IVION Software as a Service (SaaS).
This role is ideal for Customer Project Manager generalists with technical experience in Digital Factory applications, 3D scanning and Digital Twin technologies or Software as a Service (SaaS) deployments.
You will be planning and managing our largest 3D laser scanning and Digital Factory SaaS deployment projects for strategic automotive customers.

join our team of highly motivated project manager, project engineers and customer success manager that have a deep track record in managing complex global solution projects with various internal and external stakeholders!

You will work on:

  • Holistic customer project managing of our software solution and 3D-scanning projects for our automotive clients
  • Coordinating expectations and deliverables among internal and external stakeholders, customers and subcontractors
  • Planning and managing of all internal and external processes, with our subcontractors (3D laser scanning and/or software development partners)
  • Driving and tracking all project activities to assure successful project delivery
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to define and deliver the most valuable digital factory use cases on NavVis IVION 

You have:

  • A degree in a technical or natural scientific studies – additional or combined business studies is beneficial
  • At least three years of hands-on customer project management work experience, working with automotive customers, 3D laser scanning, digital factory applications or SaaS deployment projects, with:
    • Clarifying the customer requirements, scoping and planning the project
    • Actively driving project activities and work packages
    • Tracking and monitoring progress to deliver the project in time, cost and quality
  • Knowhow in digital twin technologies, 3D scanning and surveying, point clouds or comparable is valuable
  • Domain knowledge in the automotive or manufacturing industry on production planning or operations processes and related challenges is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills as well as great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business-fluency in English and German 
  • A "client-first" mindset and drive to go the extra mile
