Your role

• Monitoring of our loan portfolio and execution of related processes. Monitoring and maintainance of our deposit portfolio and execution of related processes
• Creating reports and analysis based on given requirements, and constant improvement of existing processes in collaboration with different stakeholder
• Serving as a second level point of contact for complex customer loans and time deposits related requests, and supporting our customer support team processing customer requests
• Identifying and handling errors in loans and time deposits processing, suggesting improvements and playing essential role in the solution implementation process
• Playing essential role in process, workflow and reporting improvement. Playing essential role in incident management and problem escalation to senior staff and direct management
• Being operational contact person for new partner onboarding and related process setup
• Working collaboratively on achieving company OKRs through active involvement in the relevant Business Unit

Our Perfect Match

• Minimum 3 years experience in an operational analyst, cash management, back office or equivalent position
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related field preferred
• SQL knowledge required. Strong Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong data & root cause analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and business staff. Positive mindset and can-do-attitude
• Very good knowledge of English and German (French, Spanish, Italian is a plus)
