Agile Delivery Lead

sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join our Agile Delivery team.

The role, based out of the Berlin office, reports to the Director of Delivery and Agile.

We value humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Please apply, even if you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work environment with an energetic company culture. Just be yourself and maybe you’ll bring something valuable to the role we didn't initially think of.

If you’re passionate about taking yourself, sennder, and the logistics industry to the next level, curious, and driven by solving problems and influencing how we reach our business goals, then you might be who we’re looking for. What others may consider uncertainty, you see as an opportunity to learn and be proactive, while being a team player and understanding how your personal development intersects with the company’s growth.

The purpose of an Agile Delivery Lead at sennder is to provide single-threaded ownership for the end-to-end delivery of the initiative (set of features, projects, product and/or complex engineering solutions) that spans across multiple business areas/teams and involves numerous stakeholders. A Delivery Lead is responsible for turning strategy into real results while staying truly agile in ways of work.

You’ll be promoting and encouraging collaboration and transparency and building trusting relationships between business, tech, and other entities within the organization in order to deliver strategically significant work items. While also helping to define and continuously improve outcome-based ways of working.

We believe in giving our autonomous teams a challenging mission and look for leaders that can phrase the mission for teams and like to lead and guide our engineering team to deliver desired outcomes. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across tech and business by owning and driving key events necessary for the planning, continuous execution, and delivery of any given initiative.
