We are NavVis Inc., the rapidly growing US arm of Munich-headquartered NavVIs.  Are you passionate about new digital technologies and keen to join us in taking an established German player's solutions to the North American market?  We seek a Senior Account Executive to bring our reality capture Hardware & Software to laser scanning clients in specific regions, enabling customers to quickly, precisely, and economically build digital twins of existing indoor environments.

With a collaborative "pod" including a Technical Account & an Inside Sales Manager, you will have a high level of ownership for your target region and will be supported by our global marketing and industry experts to deeply understand your customer's pains, needs, and business.  Are you looking for an open culture with short decision cycles, & room to use your strengths? You will work on:

  • Working closely with your agile team or "pod," you are the account owner responsible for managing and upselling all Laser Scanning and Service Providing clients in your US region 
  • Leading the recruitment of new clients
  • Having responsibility in your pod for revenue from VLX hardware  & IndoorViewer licensing sales, booked mappings,  customer opportunities, other revenue lines, and pipeline accuracy 
  • Collaborating closely with your pod team members to bring our digital twin solution to a variety of targeted clients in your region
  • Utilizing a wealth of materials, marketing documents, white papers, and client references from our Customer Journey
  • Developing a deep understanding of our business models & customer pain points through best-practice sharing with colleagues in (German-speaking) Europe & China
  • Shaping, and building-onto our use cases, in particular the usage of digital technology in the surveying, construction, & building management (BIM, AEC) industries

You have:

  • Experience in B2B sales from a technology-focused firm from the architecture, engineering or construction Industries, ideally 7+ yrs
  • Demonstrated an ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, across multiple functions and levels, up to C-level
  • Proven that you can thought-partner with, coach, upskill & guide  clients
  • A strong network of relevant clients
  • Remarkable listening skills as well as fantastic presentation & communication abilities (spoken and written)
  • Enthusiasm and an affinity for technology, enabling you to understand and explain to customers what can be done with NavVis technology
  • Fluent in English 
  • Shown in your previous experience that you can skillfully manage your sales pipeline, produce good and reliable forecasts, and close deals with a high conversion rate
  • Willingness to travel extensively across your region to meet customers in person
  • A valid US driver’s license
  • Legal work authorization for the US
