About your future Team 

The Information Security team is responsible for defining and monitoring necessary security controls across our infrastructure, applications and third-parties.  In order to do so we need skilled engineers that understand how to monitor and investigate security events and incidents, as well as being able to analyze and penetrate systems against potential security weaknesses.  We are supporting the company to build secure systems and applications by design.

Your role

• You are responsible to manage technical projects within the team
• You drive the implementation of technical metrics, analyze results from different tools and create reports for our management
• You steer and take active part in hacker activities against our platform and products
• You manage internal and external penetration tests and drive the mitigation of findings with our teams
• You drive our secure software development lifecycle project
• You organize threat modelling and other security activities with our development teams

What you should bring along 

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the technical area of information security, preferably in the finance industry
• You know how to code or at least script
• You know AWS and its security services
• Ruby, Go, Elixir, Java, Docker, Microservices are not rocket science to you
• Security scanning and penetration testing tools are your personal swiss army knife
• You like to present and speak to people
