More than 100.000 architects, designers and other professionals present their work on our website and acquire new business through homify. Since 2013, we expanded to more than 35 countries worldwide and we continue growing.

All countries are managed from our headquarter in Berlin, but we brought the world into our offices and built a team of more than 100 people with more than 30 different nationalities. We are working in a demanding and fast growing environment facing new challenges every day. What you will be doing

  • Be responsible for the Sales Team in all aspects 
  • Have a proactive approach in leading and managing the development of the Sales Team
  • Provide the necessary support and development to your team in the short term and long-term by delegating ownership and responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Commercial Manager, CEO, and colleagues in Berlin HQ
  • Manage the Sales Team while working on hiring, retention, performance, mentoring, team-building, performance evaluation talks, etc.
  • Evaluate promotional strategy, premium package and other plans to ensure that they are consistent with company goals. 

More about you

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of salespeople
  • Fluent in English and one other language: Spanish, Italian & Portuguese (German Skills are a Plus) 
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful sales team 
  • Proven ability to encourage, develop and coach team members, including communicating targets and identifying areas for continual training
  • Assisted management with hiring processes and new team member onboarding 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • You thrive in an organization that constantly adapt and evolve
