Are you ready to join our team, tackle exciting challenges and bring our sales to the next level?
In this role will be working on driving the success of the entire Sales team, including closely connected teams like the Customer Experience and Professional Services organisation.

You will work on:

  • Owning, driving, and implementing high-impact business initiatives and strategic projects, working closely with our CRO. 
  • Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology, such as making the most out of our CRM and implementing state of the art standards for SaaS Sales.
  • Thought-partnering with and influencing our regional sales leaders to make data-driven decisions, by building our BI infrastructure further out in collaboration with our in house experts.
  • Owning the Customer Journey, and potentially redesigning it with the help of external consultants.
  • Orchestrate the process of modelling the sales plan for the upcoming year, as a bottom up approach in collaboration with the sales leads.
  • Playing a large role in Sales organizational initiatives, such as OKR, creation of new go-to-market strategies, or incentivization schemes.
  • Balancing big-picture thinking with intense execution.
  • Gaining insights on how to run a global sales team and learning how to take the perspectives of various stakeholders (i.e. CEO, CFO, Regional Team Leads, Account Managers, HR, and target customers)

You have:

  • A Master’s Degree or MBA from a leading university. 
  • Ideally 2 years+ in regional Sales Operations, Customer Success Management, Account Management, Global Project Management or a similar role in a startup or a fast-growing tech company. 
  • Experience in SaaS sales and SaaS sales metrics.
  • Top notch BI, excel skills & excellent CRM tooling know-how.
  • A passion for collaborative problem-solving, active listening, failing fast, changing gears and trying again, and driving a project or initiative to completion.
  • Fantastic presentation, facilitation and project leadership skills.  
  • Natural empathy and influencing skills, to keep everyone moving in the right direction.
  • Love of (our) technology and passion for its broad applications.
  • Native-like fluency in English and German (as DACH is an important market focus inside the Global Sales team).
