Your Mission

  • Design and optimize Sales, Marketing and software processes
  • Ability to analyze business requirements from the different departments, translate them into workflows and convert workflows in detailed processes
  • define in detail the field/data structure required to map the processes into the tools
  • Assessment and improvement of the current system infrastructure to achieve business goals
  • Assessment and maintenance of existing processes and workflows
  • Optimization of productivity with design and implementation of new processes
  • Risk assessments
  • Provide proper instructions of new/improved process to the stakeholders

Your profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;
    Good understanding on Marketing and CRM activities;
  • Technology oriented;
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ease of working with different teams and departments
  • Project management skills and problem solver mindset
  • Strong affinity with CRM and ERP systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines;
  • Critical yet creative thinker with strong problem-solving orientation;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Innovation-driven, always looking to what next
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • English speaking
