Role

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), your responsibilities will be across the entire sales process, conducting conversations with clients about their business goals, any marketing issues and understanding their current operational set-up. Day to day tasks include:

  • Present CrossEngage’s platform and our services to potential customers 

  • Responsibility for the entire sales process including;

    • Proposal writing

    • Pricing and negotiation

    • CRM and Pipeline management 

    • Sales forecasting against sales quota 

    • Identifying growth opportunities

  • Represent our company at national and international exhibitions or on stage at conferences

  • Supporting the BDR function on lead generation and dealing with inbound enquiries

Required skills

  • A university degree

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B-sales of complex products/solutions (experience in SaaS businesses is a big plus) and/or in CRM-Consulting

  • Solid knowledge and skills in customer orientation, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems

  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic

  • Independently working but also a great team player

  • Ambitions to significantly grow within the company and willingness to take over responsibilities

  • Excellent in German and English (both written and spoken)
