DEINE AUFGABEN

YOU WILL 
 
  • Develop an individual strategy for customer acquisition and develop a customer base in a predefined market segment. 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature with the clear goal of exceeding the set sales quota.  
  • Do successful market expansion with the Industries product. Help revenue growth from enterprise sales. 
  • Identify and develop different opportunities. 
  • Do farming / Customer development in cooperation with the consulting team as well as the development of a customized cross- and upselling strategy. 
  • Help customers and prospects understand our products and services. Identify customers’ needs for our products. 
  • Closely cooperate with lead generation teams in marketing and inside sales. 
  • Prepare market information and analyses, conduct contract negotiations, handle orders and prepare offers.  
  • Do reporting and forecasting to the Vice President Sales. 

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • A meaningful track record with at least three, ideally five, years of experience in selling enterprise software or hardware and/or enterprise solutions. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field. 
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales processes involving technology; ability to understand and translate customer needs to technical information. 
  • Experience selling in an industrial environment (production and/or logistics processes). 
  • Enthusiasm for the topics Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. and Smart Factory. 
  • Strong assertiveness, Self-motivation, high social competence and a can-do attitude with a distinct performance orientation.
