Our team's mission is to help small businesses across Brazil. At sales we interact daily with the SumUp Consultants (our 3rd party field salesforce spread across BR), familiarize ourselves with their challenges, help them overcome blockers and deliver solutions, while understanding new growth opportunities, developing sales strategies, delivering financial inclusion and professionalizing small entrepreneurs. In this role you will truly "live" the day-to-day of our everyday heroes - the SumUp Consultant -  and be able to understand the impact we have and how we change their lives.

As our Sales Intelligence Manager you will:

  • Manage a small complex team (multifunctional, wide range of seniority) that internally supports many areas. Therefore, manage many stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for all Sales numbers;
  • Monitoring sales KPIs and Development, from daily operational numbers to yearly forecast and budgeting;
  • Analyse data to propose business strategies, bring to leadership a menu of scenarios a possibilities;
  • Be an active advisor of area proposals: reflections, new ways of field work, campaigns, etc. 
  • Identify in business opportunities in sales data

 You'll be a great fit for this position if you:

  • Speak fluent Portuguese and English - you will be part of a truly global team;
  • Have strong ability to develop plans and turning them into action – engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing process, deliverables, etc;
  • Have strong entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Are easy-going, business and results-oriented;
  • Data driven profile;
  • Are a servant leader and feel comfortable when challenge by your team. You should deliver through your team and lever their autonomy and confidence.
