The work
As Sales Executive - German growth, you will be joining 4 sales experts in an independent team - with the target of growing Findity's presence globally. With a 'land-grab' approach, your job is to take advantage of every opportunity we get, close deals and lead us to success in the German market 💰

Your work includes, among other things:

  • Above all, close deals with SME customers & partners ✍️
  • Managing end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound activities to converting deals
  • Generating leads and build pipeline of partners and SME customers 🎯
  • Participating in drawing up strategic plans for the German market
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders to develop valuable and strategic relationships.

Our team goals:

  • “5/24” - Establish Findity in 5 new countries within 24 months
  • Bring Findity's platform to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and UK
  • Within six months, have an extensive pipeline and close large deals with key partners and SME customers
  • Within two years, have succeeded in establishing Findity in 5 new countries and are building teams locally in each market

The basic ingredients

You have:

  • You fluently speak German🇩🇪
  • 3-10 years of experience in previous Sales positions
  • Experience from B2B SaaS sales and with outstanding sales results 🎯
  • Extensive experience in sales to enterprise C-suites
  • Excellent communications skills in English

The icing on the cake:

  • Experience in sales of the accounting or payroll related software
  • Experience in partner sales
  • Experience in leadership roles in sales
  • A university degree in IT and/or economics
