You will work on:

Our sales team has been growing 2x year over year and you will be responsible for:

  • Create a vision and roadmap for companywide Sales Enablement topics - define the mission and strategy together with senior leaders from our sales team.
  • Hiring top talent is one of our pillars and you will be responsible for building the highest quality onboarding program possible across both remote and in-person settings. Shortening the time to impact of our new Spatialists is key to the  success of the company.
  • Lead all specific enablement initiatives - from content creation to delivery to measurement. You are versatile enough to write a strategy document one hour and create a detailed survey for a session the next hour.
  • Be comfortable using data and lead feedback to identify transformative opportunities to provide training and enablement to the sales team and build engaging training programs with measurable outcomes against these.
  • Aligning with the company's strategy in proactively shaping meaningful educational content that empowers the NavVis commercial organization on a day to day basis. 
  • Preparing enablement programs together with the Product (Management) & Marketing teams when new products are launched.
  • Reviewing our sales strategies and processes and refine them with experts, partially also with external consultants, to build playbooks for all stages of from prospecting to closing.

You have:

  • Love of training and people - always wanting to see teams growing and learning and using the programs you have built for their success.
  • Strong business acumen and empathy for the needs of the business, as well as the market.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in related fields, ideally connected to the reality capture industry or B2B tech firm.
  • Being realistic and understanding that sales teams invest only in training that produces business outcomes, and, as such, has a strong sense of accountability. Everything you do must have an ultimate impact on revenue. It must be easy to use and not take away from protected selling time. 
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial team, enjoy cross-team collaboration, adapt easily to change, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • Great ideas - don't hold back brilliant brainstorming on outreach initiatives or creative ways to improve our process - you're not content with the status quo.
  • Fantastic communicator - comfortable speaking to large groups and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and effective manner.
  • Native-like English language skills, any other language is a plus.
