Sales Development Representative

sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for an acquisition account executive to join our sales acquisition team.

As a sales development representative you'll help drive leads and secure new contacts for our sales team in order to help stabilize our rapid growth. The role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania and will focus on identifying potential clients across Lithuania and Baltic Region.

You’ll be collaborating closely with team lead of sales, Baltic to develop sennders customer base within the Baltic region. The ideal candidate is obsessed with contributing directly to the top line growth of sennder. This individual is highly entrepreneurial, motivated by building and shaping the future, and possesses proven communication skills.  This person hustles, inspires, and enjoys creating something from nothing.

Your challenge will be:

  • Do first customer introduction calls on a daily basis and schedule F2F meetings
  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities
  • Becoming a trusted resource and develop relationships with new customers
  • Maintaining organization and owning administrative tasks in Salesforce

 To get there you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Lithuanian and English (other languages spoken in Baltic region will be considered as an advantage)
  • Having a proactive, can-do attitude and a result oriented personality
  • Hands-on mentality paired with high motivational spirit
  • Willingness to learn, develop and grow in sales
