Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

TWAICE provides predictive analytics software that optimizes the development and operation of lithium-ion batteries. TWAICE’s core technology is the digital twin – a software that combines deep battery knowledge and artificial intelligence to determine the condition and predict aging and performance of batteries. This makes complex battery systems more transparent, effective and reliable. In your role, you will not only plan, design and execute campaigns but also be responsible for the marketing and sales tech stack.

 

Your daily business will involve

  • Establish and expand business relationships with TWAICE prospects and customers through all relevant channels including telephone, social media, e-mail and chat
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Identify cross and up-sell potentials for the entire TWAICE Battery Analytic platform
  • Anticipate needs by conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Support Account  Executives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineering and Customer Success departments by providing innovative lead generation ideas
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the Account Executives
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Achieve, monitor and report key KPIs

 

Your profile

  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of the software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • You love pursuing  opportunities using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
  • Critical thinker, you don't take directives at face value; you consider the task at hand, offering constructive feedback to improve processes
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Fluent in English and German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
