Sales Development Representative - DACH (w/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our DACH team! As an SDR, you are the first point of contact for customers, identify their problems and start new relationships with interested clients to convince them of our solution. You'll be responsible for establishing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads and developing acquisition strategies.

What you do with us:  

  • Take responsibility for our DACH customer pipeline from identifying and generating warm leads to prospecting interested customers during initial product presentations and sales conversation
  • Identify additional sales opportunities and manage relationships with customers
  • Apply best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Help customers achieve maximum success along their lifetime journey
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization to transfer customer insights into actionable tasks


Your profile

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales, sales development, business development or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • You feel comfortable in customer meetings and have the ability to captivate people 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • You are curious, can quickly get excited about new things and have the ambition to continuously improve and develop yourself further
