Our fast-growing Technology startup sennder is in need of an outstanding talent to join our sales team.

sennder, with its HQ located in the heart of Berlin, is changing the way people think about logistics. We revolutionize road freight logistics by making it simpler, quicker, and more cost-efficient to move Full Truck Loads across Europe. We offer the best option for moving freight even to the largest companies by providing a network of technology-connected trucking companies. As our Sales Development Representative, Benelux, you will own the top of the funnel sales processes through prospecting, outreach, and qualification in order to help the sales team achieve our rapid growth ambitions.  The role is based in our Amsterdam office.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities through call & email prospecting 
  • Meticulously track all relevant information related to leads and qualification; organize and own administrative tasks in Salesforce
  • Set up and engage in introduction calls, educate customers, and schedule F2F meetings
  • Become a trusted resource and develop relationships
  • Discover new customer opportunities
  • Contribute your own revenue via smaller business opportunities 

What it takes to be successful: 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Dutch are a must, French is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and a strong drive to succeed
  • Quick decision making; aptitude for business qualification given limited information 
  • Up to ~1 year of sales experience
  • Hands-on mentality paired with high motivational spirit
  • Curiosity to learn continuously about the industry and demonstrated resilience
