Our team of 90+ designers and user researchers is split into three departments covering User Experience Research, Product- and Brand Design. All designers work embedded in product tribes, in market facing teams or as part of a Global Design team. We are building additional capabilities in areas including industrial design, motion design, data visualisation, UX writing and design operations.

What you're going to do
As Retail Brand Design Lead, you will support, mentor and lead the brand designers embedded in our retail and in-store execution team.
You’ll collaborate closely with our trade marketing and business development team to shape and drive the creative strategy for our retail channel, facilitating strategic and pragmatic conversations about our marketing activities, their performance and creative direction.
As part of a Retail Design team you will be a hands-on contributor developing both digital and print materials for our retail partners. You will help drive the evolution of our processes and guidelines to educate fellow designers on how to best approach retail and packaging problems.
