Recruitment Coordinator

sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The role can be based out of the Amsterdam or Berlin office and will report to team lead, recruitment coordination. As a recruitment coordinator you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like you will support our International recruiting team with the objective of successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume interview activity and providing an excellent candidate experience, enhancing automation and efficiency. 

You’ll be collaborating closely with recruiters and stakeholders in business, operations and technology departments to develop our recruitment operations in our international offices.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL 

  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
  • Coordinate onsite and remote interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
  • Organize regular interviewer training sessions
  • Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses processes
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
  • Meet and greet candidates who are onsite for interview
  • Utilise our  tooling to produce recruiting reports on interview capacity, interview training and areas for development
  • Analyse candidate experience data
  • Contribute to impactful team projects
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team

PREFERABLY YOU ARE 

  • Excellent communicator
  • Experienced in scheduling high volume meetings across different locations and time zones
  • Experienced in problem solving and contributing to the team
  • Experienced in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing your work time
  • Comfortable managing the expectations of a variety of stakeholders including C-Level
  • Highly analytical, able to use to data to highlight challenges and successes within the team in order to influence changes and improvements
  • Self-starter to to make suggestions and improvements to existing processes
  • Highly proficiency with Google Suite
