In particular in our North America go-to-market (sales, customer success, marketing, corporate) roles where these positions directly impact our growth and revenue. Hiring here is not just essential -- it’s vital to our future and you are the lucky person responsible for the candidate experience and talent operations around getting those hundreds of candidates not just interviewed, but convincing them to say yes to the job through our candidate experience.

What to expect?

  • Responsible for the North America candidate experience process and our hiring success 
  • Partner closely with the recruitment team to facilitate the candidate process at Contentful
  • Work independently in scheduling and rescheduling interviews and meetings
  • Partner closely with the interview team, hiring managers and stakeholders to help the recruiting team resolve conflicts, strategize and build the formula for quality hires quickly
  • Provide hospitality, and ensure the interview day experience is seamless, making sure our candidates get a true picture of what life is like at Contentful
  • Coordinate candidates’ travel arrangements (air, hotel, etc.) as needed
  • Prepare day-of interview materials including interview schedule and candidate’s bios for the interview teams
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure clear communication and feedback
  • Focus on continual improvement in the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, identify areas where the process could be optimized, etc.)
  • Expand your role into talent operations with additional tasks which could include but not limited to Talent Marketing, Talent Branding, In-house/Virtual events, social media marketing, project management opportunities around team initiatives, talent operations, data analysis, tools automation and administration and lots more (this is a very flexible and nimble role willing to learn and take on more responsibilities as they arise)

What you need to be successful?

  • Proficiency in and knowledge of recruiting tools, resources and processes (ATS, team-specific workflows, etc.)
  • Minimum one year recruiting coordination experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • We are a global company and having crossover workability is important. For Denver employees, being available early hours is a requirement. 
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) as well as the ability to easily connect and communicate with different types of people
  • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
  • Passion for building and being a part of a high performing team
  • Ability to flex work hours (as needed) to help monitor and troubleshoot candidate scheduling and travel
  • Preferred skills: Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, experience posting jobs manually on various job boards, Slack
