ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Recruiter - German-speaking, you’ll be responsible for delivering against the teams hiring goals through proactive candidate engagement, creating talent pools and owning the talent attraction strategy for the business and operations teams.
You will also manage the end to end hiring process, ensuring a high level of candidate and hiring manager experience
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL...
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs
Use multiple sources for proactive recruitment and continuously look at new ways to source candidates.
Liaise between candidates and interview teams to ensure a smooth interview process
Maintain clear and strong communication & collaboration at all levels
Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes within the ATS
Negotiate offers to close candidates
Create and analyse recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with the leadership team

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE...
Fluency in English and German
Experience in international recruiting
Analytical skills, you like to play with data
Experience with social media and have developed great sourcing skills to target passive candidates
Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Empowered with great negotiation skills
Collaboration, detail-oriented, prioritisation and organisation skills
