Deine Aufgaben

Vivy is looking for a QA Lead (m/f/d) to join the team in Berlin. As a QA Lead, you will need to have a vision about how functionalities, business values, and regulatory requirements shall be automatically tested and monitored in a meaningful way. You will bring the team to implement the vision, ensure the quality of the product, and be an awesome leader who inspires and grows the team. Naturally as part of this, you shall  also be responsible for the bug and release process. An ideal candidate for this position should be able to : 

  • Shape the vision of the QA team, processes and standards
  • Lead and mentor the QA team
  • Integrate with the development team, and ensure that the developers are able to write code with meaningful automated tests on all levels (unit, integration, end to end, monitoring)
  • Work with passionate agile project teams, customer service, compliance team to ensure quality is driven into all parts of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
  • Ensure and develop test automation tools to ensure that writing tests and monitoring is always easy and fun

Dein Profil

  • Completed degree in Software Engineering or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a QA Engineer
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a QA Lead
  • Minimum 2 years experience of conceiving test environments of large mobile and web applications.
  • Creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional ‘edge cases’ outside of expected functionality workflow
  • Strong knowledge in mobile test automation
  • Experience in testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD
  • Proficient with bug tracking, test management, monitoring tool and frameworks to support development processes

  • Experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies
