QA Engineer (f/m/x)

As part of our expansion, we are building a global payments platform to drive customer engagement and improve the checkout process for our products across all territories. As a QA Engineer you will  be the go-to person regarding testing and automation; creating, owning, improving and automating the testing procedures to ensure error-free and regular software releases

You will:  

  • Become the gatekeeper on design-best practices being shipped 
  • Drive collaboration with other team members and stakeholders working on global scale software
  • Develop clear bug-reporting functionality (you will be the power user here), and help our engineers prioritize which bugs to squash first 
  • Write and design test automation scripts and integrate tests into CI pipeline

You bring:  

  • Experience with black and gray-box testing procedures for web-based sites and applications, such as unit testing, functional, bug reporting and finding, regression methods
  • A quality-first mentality - you will be the gatekeeper for quality product releases. You need to take pride in being the final check
  • Analytical and inquisitive: you like digging down to the why in every problem and solving it so you don’t have to solve it again and again in the future 
  • Self-starting with the ability to manage projects autonomously and choose the desirable tech stack 
  • Experience doing QA with a Frontend/Backend applications  
  • Experience with one of the following OOP and tools: Java, Kotlin, Cucumber/Behat, Selenium or similar. 
  • Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, and continues integration tools as Jenkins.
