Who you are: 
We are looking for a content manager to join our rapidly expanding publisher content team to help manage ideation and production. The publisher content team at Klarna is responsible for generating and maintaining shoppable content for our external publisher partners, which is distributed in a brand new media product we are rolling out globally. This team collaborates closely with the product and engineering teams building this new product, as well as the commercial teams responsible for publisher management, so we are looking for a candidate that is comfortable working with a range of competencies. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable instituting and contributing to new processes, as well as experience in content production, fashion merchandising, or content management. Ultimately you are someone comfortable with change and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do: 
As the content manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and overseeing the execution of the global content calendar. You will work closely with an external agency to manage the production of the content, based on the content planning and ideation that you will participate in with the broader team. You will help manage the onboarding of new merchants into our content pipeline, as well as any unique requirements for our publisher partners.

  • 3+ years of experience required 
  • Experience managing an external agency/team
  • Understanding of fashion merchandising and/or ecommerce calendar
