We're hiring a manager to lead the “Access from Anywhere” team. 

As a manager of a productivity team you are part of designing the future state of the art digital workspace for Klarna. Together with your team you will drive the technical customer journey for all our employees.

At Klarna we use the term productivity to describe the portfolio of tools and services that enables Klarna employees to be as productive as possible. This is to emphasize that employee productivity itself is the goal rather than the systems and tools themselves.

The Access from Anywhere team is primarily responsible for innovating, developing and operating our user access solutions like client VPN, 3rd party access solutions, access reverse proxy as well as contributing to our zero trust networking initiative. The team develops and explores solutions using leading edge technologies in close collaboration with other productivity teams.

Supporting Klarnaut's around the world to give the best possible access experience is at heart. We automate what can be automated in order to make all access seamless. 

Who you are:

  • Experienced in the technologies used by the team, like network access, network security and the zero trust concept
  • Experienced in leading a team having budget and staffing responsibility
  • Have outstanding people skills
