We are looking for a superstar Senior Project Manager who is driven and excited to be a part of building an in-house production power house.

Who you are

  • A seasoned Project Manager/Producer who is multi-talented and driven to manage small and large-scale projects from conception and design to development and implementation. 
  • You are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize deliverables and resources, working across multiple projects and internal teams.
  • You are ambitious, proactive and driven in everything you do.
  • You enjoy a fast paced environment and can quickly adapt to changes. You have the ability to prioritize your work, and your creatives’ work, effectively according to importance.
  • You embrace the varied nature of the job and tasks at hand (from the exciting consumer-facing campaigns to the resizing of banner ads).
  • Ability to move fluidly between the 30,000 foot view and the 3 foot view, driving execution. 

You should have

  • A proven track record in delivering stellar B2C brand communication (B2B is a plus).
  • Minimum 7-9 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience working with external agencies or in-house agency to create and lead the production of concepts and campaigns. 
  • Experience collaborating with and leading creatives, including designers and copywriters.
  • High understanding of different marketing channels, and adapting campaigns for different mediums and target groups.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must in order to clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and teams. 
  • An ability to motivate, support and understand team needs. 
  • Can easily work with people from various Klarna disciplines - from designers to copywriters to content strategists to marketers.
  • An innate interest in implementing solutions for improving team processes.
  • Experience partnering with creative and production teams to drive production process for video, print and digital projects.
  • Well versed in Google suite, as well as other related project management and common communications tools.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a larger organization with a startup mentality and a strong entrepreneurial culture.

What you will do

  • Support the Brand Studio Lead in managing projects and the time of 5 creative resources
  • Be in close collaboration with the global Brand Studio team in Stockholm, as well as various teams within US Marketing 

You might also have

  • Experience using Monday.com
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce, retail, payments, banking and/or fintech markets.
  • A knowledge of the Adobe suite of products.
