US Product Strategy & Operations Group serves as the synapse between Product and merchant-facing teams to ensure Klarna is building & launching the right products for the US market with proper fit, speed & quality. We do this by leading early product discovery, consulting on product development, implementing go-to-market launch strategy and driving operational efficiency. Our group sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Legal, Analytics, Partner Success, Marketing and the many other functions at Klarna to deliver a common goal: create the smoothest shopping experience for users.
As a Product Strategy & Operations manager, you will partner with senior leadership and stakeholders across various Klarna functions to shape product strategy, refine the user experience and develop & execute operational plans in order to support the development, launch and growth of Klarna’s products. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated excellence and influence in strategic business decisions, a strong understanding of building amazing products and the ability to execute with efficiency in highly ambiguous environments.
This person will sit on the US Growth Products team, which focuses on ideating, pitching & engaging deeply in new product development, and driving go-to-market initiatives both internal and external. As a Manager on this team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities & gaps in the US market, leading strategic projects & product builds and providing thought leadership for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
